Free Trial

You can download and try PlayPack for free. The free version lets you test out different activities and games. There's no time limit on the free version – use it as long as you like.

Your Data

Your data and content stay on your device. We don't upload it anywhere, we don't store it, and we don't share it. All processing happens locally on your device. You retain all rights to your content and can use it however you want.

Purchase Options

If you like PlayPack, you can choose between a subscription plan or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions offer flexibility with monthly or annual billing, while the lifetime purchase provides all future updates for a single payment. The price you see in the App Store is all you'll ever pay for the lifetime option.

Family Sharing

PlayPack supports Family Sharing. Purchase once and share with up to five family members. Everyone gets full access to all premium features and content.

1. Introduction

Welcome to PlayPack ("the App"), an interactive application designed for children and families. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Service Description

PlayPack is an iOS application that provides educational and entertainment content. The App allows users to:

  • Access interactive books and stories
  • Play educational games and puzzles
  • Use creative tools for drawing and creative expression
  • Engage with interactive mirror and camera features
  • Access premium content through subscription or one-time purchase

3. User Rights and Restrictions

3.1 Content Rights

  • All content processing is performed locally on your device
  • You retain all rights to content you create using the App
  • You may use created content for any purpose, including personal and educational use

3.2 Usage Restrictions

  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • You may not use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local laws
  • You may not distribute or share premium content outside of Family Sharing

4. Third-Party Content

4.1 Third-Party Services

  • The App may contain links or integrations with third-party services
  • We are not responsible for any third-party content or services
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions

5. Freemium Model

5.1 Free Features

  • Basic app functionality is provided free of charge
  • Limited access to content and features is included in the free version

5.2 Premium Features

  • Additional content and features require payment
  • All in-app purchases, including subscriptions and lifetime purchases, are processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat
  • Prices are as listed in the App Store at the time of purchase
  • All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms and conditions
  • We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchases
  • By making a purchase, you agree to RevenueCat's terms of service

5.3 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store
  • RevenueCat is used to manage and validate purchases
  • Purchase history and receipts are stored securely with RevenueCat
  • Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store policies

6. Modifications to Service

6.1 App Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App without notice
  • Updates and changes will be communicated through the App Store
  • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of such changes

7. Technical Requirements

7.1 Device Compatibility

  • The App is only available for iOS devices
  • Specific device requirements are listed in the App Store

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 "As-Is" Basis

  • The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, reliability, or suitability for your purposes
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the App
  • Any third-party content or services
  • Loss of data or content
  • Any interruption or cessation of service

9.2 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the last 12 months

10. Privacy and Data Collection

  • The App does not collect or require any personal information
  • All content processing is performed locally on your device
  • We do not store or transmit your created content
  • Purchase data is managed securely through RevenueCat and Apple's App Store

10.2 Third-Party Services

  • We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions
  • RevenueCat collects and processes purchase-related data

  • Apple's App Store may collect additional data according to their privacy policy

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App
  • If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect

11.2 Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California
